Jesus in hell

Hmm, amakvitaa is here again with its wonder blog “Jesus in hell”, be sure not to be got confused, and don’t miss quote amakvitaa, its not complicated.
Many people know about the death of Jesus Christ, many more knows about his resurrection , but not much knows about his hell visit, let me quote a part of the apostles creed that the church profess ;
“He was crucified, dead and was buried, he descended into hell, the third day he resurrected from the dead, he ascended into heaven”. From this quote it is certain that Jesus spent about three days in hell, but I know you will be anxious to know why he went to hell.
Yes, he went to a part f hell called limbo. Limbo is a place where those good souls who died before Christ were detained because they could not go into the kingdom of heaven till Christ has opened it for them.
From the word of Christ “I will destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days”.
So, Christ used this three days in limbo to free those good souls and unlock the gate of heaven, those who did good and died before Christ came went to limbo because they could not go up to the kingdom of heaven till Christ has opened it for them, that is, Christ alone holds the key to the kingdom of heaven. From the word of Christ “I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the father except through me”.
All Christians should be proud and happy because Christ have opened wide the gate of heaven for all righteous men. From the scriptures “ when Christ died , the cloth used to cover the temple was torn into two” this shows that the gate of heaven have been opened for both the Jews and gentiles, thanks.
Always remember that you read it first from amakvitaa.

  1. I would be interested to see your Scriptural understanding of Limbo – I recognise Jesus went to hell….just never seen a Biblical justification for Limbo – and I am assuming you do to say Jesus went there.
