Students at the Polytechnic of Ibadan, Oyo State,
on Thursday, March 31, reportedly staged a
protest after the varsity authorities asked them
to pay a sum of N1, 000 surcharge fee as they
resume for their academic activities on April 4

the school’s property by the students during

In a statement signed by the school’s Registrar,
Mr Hezekiah Feyitola , the N1,000 reparation fee

and ICT fees imposed on them by the Students’
Union Government (SUG) executives.

“ Any student that fails to comply with the stated
conditions will not be considered as students of
