It is nearly 1 week the 2017 UTME registration
commenced. We believe by now many
prospective candidates should have registered for
the examination.
However, it has been reported that many
candidates have encountered various challenges
while trying to get the E-PIN, process or register
for the 2017 UTME.
We have decided to create this thread as a
solution platform.
If there are problems you may have encountered,
you can post them here using the comment box.
Other prospective UTME candidates that may
have solutions to the problems will give their
responses to the issues. And If need be, a
Ngstudents.com Admin will proffer a solution to the
problem.
Please be sure of the solution to the problem
before providing one, to avoid misleading others.
This is not an avenue to ask questions about
subject combination and courses offered in
schools. If you need to check that out, consult

  2. The system they are using shutdown during the registration. When we want to continue registration the account couldn’t be found we decided to restart it said the phone number and gmail has been used please what’s the solution

  3. thanks for this platform, i am a direct entry applicant, i had a challenge with my payment through GT Bank… the response i got was that the e-transaction i did was unsuccessful since 14th july, 2017. and i was at the bank today to make my complaints, but i was told to submit my transaction reference print out and wait for about 3 months for cash retraction. please help me out as i cant afford to get another registration fee. thanks so much for your anticipated support.

  4. Good day… jamb is starting on 13th but my brother has not yet reprinted as their is nothing on his email… how can he do the reprinting pls???

  5. my sister has done her registration but up till now she never see her message of printing slip and the remaining people have see our own how can she do to see her own please

  6. the problem I am having is the year I wrote Waec, I wrote my Waec 2012,
    the CBT center where I register did a mistake and wrote 2013, please what do I do?

  8. please I was creating my account with jamb app on my phone and I wanted to confirm my account with the confirmation code and I was told to fill my personal date but the problem is it not going,popping up “unable to create profile network failure”

  12. in Jos, registration is impossible without having ‘connections’.worst is jamb office where they completely ignore everyone and lie that there is connection problems when some girl will just make a call and she is invited in to do her registration in front of the crowd.a fight nearly happened on Thursday! any advice to help those who don’t have this ‘connections’?

  13. Taye Akomolafe bought 10 digit no pin from Skye bank in Lagos since 27/3/2017 up till today 30/3/017. I can not register because no 12 digit no spin.

  15. in makurdi, on Friday all the candidate in the various banks could not generate the e pin, the banks were saying that jamb have stop the on going processes let us wait till on month, it so annoying this whole process this year.
